Shipping policy

Our carrier is Canada Post Expedited - this includes a tracking number and insurance.

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note potential delays or postal service problems that are outside of our control.  Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location as once the item is delivered it is your responsibility.

We offer FREE shipping on orders of $150 CAD/USD or more within Canada & United States (before taxes & shipping) – excludes remote locations.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Within Canada: Orders $0-$149 CAD, is subject to a $20 flat-rate shipping fee.

United States:Orders $0-$149 CAD, is subject to a $25 flat-rate shipping fee.

Customers located in the United Stated will be responsible for duties/custom charges.  

At Little Farm Hands we are proud of the products we carry – but sometimes things happen. We want you to be happy, so if the product you received is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at info@littlefarmhands.ca and we will resolve the issue as best we can.

 

Local Delivery:

We offer FREE local delivery to Cromer/Virden, MB.

Brandon, MB & Redvers, SK is free delivery on occasion when it works for our schedule.

If you are outside of Cromer/Virden & would like to meet for a delivery drop off, please contact us at info@littlefarmhands.ca and we’d be happy to make something work for you.

All orders will be delivered in a timely manner – unless you are contacted otherwise.  Contactless delivery may be scheduled when you are not home -if no one is home we will leave your parcel at your doorstep.  If this does not work for you, please contact us. 

Little Farm Hands is not liable for lost or stolen packages after items have been delivered to provided address/discussed drop off location.
